Bonus Pai Gow Poker is a unique and dynamic game of chance played between you and the Dealer. A deck of 53 cards rather than 52 cards is used in the game. The additional card in the pack is a Joker. The game works in the following way:
You and the Dealer are dealt seven cards which are divided into two hands, namely a Low Hand of two cards, as well as a High Hand of five cards. In the case that your High Hand and your Low Hand are separately of a higher value than the Dealer's corresponding hands, you are the winner. However if only one of your hands beat the Dealer's corresponding hand, the game is deemed a tie.
The Joker plays an important role in the game. It is not an authentic wild card because its function differs in this game insofar as it may be used in order to complete a Straight, Flush, Straight Flush or Royal Flush - however when it comes to other combinations the Joker performs as an Ace.
Take note that you can only qualify for Bonus payouts as long as you place a Bonus bet.
