GENERAL INFORMATION
Please note that it is not necessary for you to withdraw your winnings at the end of each session.
Your account can be maintained with a positive balance, and will be automatically saved by our
server. These credits will be available for you to use the next time you log on to Spin Palace.
Ensuring your account maintains a positive balance has the following advantages.
a) You don't need to deposit each time you want to play and
b) You won't deplete your deposit limits unnecessarily.
All withdrawals are made through the casino software. There are 5 options to cashin a winning
balance from your casino account. To process a withdrawal simply click on the bank button on the
main screen of the Spin Palace software. Once at the bank, please click on the
"withdrawal" tab
and enter the amount that you wish to withdraw in the box that appears. This will record your
withdrawal with us, it will appear on our systems immediately and will be processed within 24
hours. Further bank processing time may however apply, transactions may take up to 4 business
days to show on your account statements.
NOTE: as a means of security and in compliance with banking regulations, it may be deemed necessary for the casino to request copies of identification documents from a player, before payment of a withdrawal can be made. Examples of documents include driver's license, utility bill etc.
Failure to submit all requested documents may result in payment being withheld.
Withdrawal's can be reversed, for your convenience. It is possible to reverse your withdrawals
online! However, you will need to make the reversal within 24 hours of your last withdrawal to be successful. Details provided below.
SWITCH AND SOLO DEBIT CARDS
Spin
Palace Casino is proud to announce that it now offers Pound
withdrawals via Switch and Solo
debit cards. This enables
you to receive your full winnings direct to your bank account. When
initiating a withdrawal in the casino software you may not be presented with a
Switch and Solo
option. However, your withdrawal will always be processed to Switch and Solo as long as you
have deposited using Switch and Solo debit cards. Spin Palace recommends Switch and Solo debit
cards as the most
convenient
depositing and withdrawal methods.
VISA WITHDRAWAL
Should you have made a prior VISA card deposit, your withdrawal request will automatically be refunded to the card details on record, providing VISA OCT program qualifying criteria are met. Please also note that we are unable to refund to cards issued from the following countries:

DIRECT BANK TRANSFERS
Receive your winnings directly to your bank account. Just select the Direct Bank Transfer option
when you withdraw.
Please note that UK Pound withdrawals made using this method will not incur any fees if the withdraw is made to a bank account in the UK.

You can choose between a cheque being posted or couriered to the address you supplied the casino
with when registering. There are no charges for a cheque sent by ordinary mail. Courier fees will
depend on your location and are deducted from your withdraw amount. Courier cheques over
£1,000 are couriered free of charge.

NETELLER, ECOCARD, PAYSPARK AND MONEYBOOKERS
No charges are currently levied for withdrawing money via these methods. Withdrawals are usually refunded against original deposits using Firepay, Neteller, Click2Pay, Ezipay, Moneybookers,
or EcoCard. Spin Palace may elect to honor withdrawals in the form of direct bank
transfers (ACH) or as a check.
Winnings up to the value of your credit card, Neteller, Ezipay, Moneybookers, or EcoCard
deposits will be credited to your credit card, Neteller, Ezipay, Moneybookers or EcoCard account. Additional winnings will be paid out to
you by check or bank transfer - whichever you prefer.

REVERSAL OF A REQUEST
If you request a withdrawal and change your mind and wish to continue playing with those credits, you may request a reversal of the withdrawal within 24 hours.
When you enter the banking module within the casino software you will be given the option to
reverse any pending withdrawals.
