Why do the reels keep spinning/ why don’t the cards turn over etc?

This is largely caused by slow or no Internet connection. When a wager is placed on a casino game the random number generator creates an outcome and transfers it to your computer. Slow Internet connections may mean that the information has not been sent from our servers therefore your software has not yet been informed of the wager result. 

Either the outcome will be refreshed and added to your balance when the connection returns or the specific casino game played will show up an unfinished bet.
